Is there a warranty period for the product?

CIVINTEC warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and assembly starting from the delivery date to customer, called the warranty starting date, for the specified period of time for different products. Firmware warranty is applicable to hardware product and therefore there is no separate warranty for firmware.

What is the warranty time?

Who should I contact if I have questions after purchasing?

If you have any questions after-sales, you are welcome to send your contact details and a description of your question to Customer Service at support@civintec.com. After receiving your e-mail, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Who should I contact if I return back for repair?

If product has any abnormal situation, including broken status, please contact Customer Service at support@civintec.com with details for further evaluation firstly. CIVINTEC Customer Service team will support you in this kind of questions.
