CIVINTEC warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and assembly starting from the delivery date to customer, for the specified period of time for different products.

Note:

Customers are responsible for ALL cost (including shipping fee,custom duty and tax etc.) for sending the product to CIVINTEC.

The following cases are excluded from warranty.

• Unauthorized disassembly or repair of the product by user

• Failures due to user's fault

• Damage caused by natural factors or disasters

• Removal of or damage to the serial number label

• Damages caused by poor storage conditions, poor maintenance, unsuitable installation of  the product
