Could you provide user manual of products before payment?

CIVINTEC provide a full set of user manual related to customers' purchasing order after payment. SDK and API will be provided after purchase as well.

How can I get the software/user manual of device after payment?

CIVINTEC authorize the software to customers' account in the website www.civintec.com and customers could download it under the registered account by CIVINTEC.

If I can not download the document from CIVINTEC website, can I get the document in other ways?

Yes, if customer cannot download the document from CIVINTEC website, please contact Customer Service and they will send customer's required document via E-mail or Sprend or other transfer way.

How can I know the software upgrade time?

Once software upgrade, the authorized documents for customers will be updated automatically on CIVINTEC website, customers can download the newest software from the website.

If we need urgent help in product issue, could you help to provide face to face video solutions to solve the problem?

Yes, if customer meets urgent issue, please contact Customer Service at support@civintec.com for further support.
