Punch-In / Punch-Out:

A single press of the designated function key records the employee' s clock-in or clock-out event, streamlining daily attendance capture.

Overtime Registration:

Dedicated function keys allow employees to mark the start or end of overtime hours, ensuring accurate overtime tracking without manual input.

Break Start / End:

Function keys enable quick registration of break periods, such as lunch or rest breaks, helping to automate attendance compliance with labor policies.

Customizable Operations:

Administrators can assign specific actions (e.g., temp code entry, late arrival mark, early departure mark) to unused function keys, tailoring the interface to organizational needs.

Multi-Event Support:

Each function key press generates a precise timestamp and event type, which are recorded in the attendance log for audit and payroll processing.

Offline Operation:

In offline mode, function keys continue to register events locally. All data is automatically synchronized once the terminal reconnects to the server.
