Yes, Cidron E reader is compliant to below encrytion technology and also with RS485 interface:

(1) 13.56MHz card sector or file reading

(2) RS485 OSDP V1 & V2 protocol.

Yes, Cidron E can support Mifare and Desfire EV1/EV2 Card.
