Guests top up via DESFire card or mobile QR code, then simply tap to start a shower or other services. CT9 programmable logic instantly triggers water flow for a preset duration (5-15 mins). All transactions are safeguarded by using dynamic QR codes or DESFire smart cards featuring SAM AV2/AV3 EAL5+ encryption. This dual-layer protection secures purse debit/credit operations and establishes encrypted sessions between terminal and credential, comprehensively addressing cloning risks while maintaining the highest payment security standards.

Cloud-Connected & Offline Operation

CT9 provides an easy connection solution based on TCP/IP + WiFi + LoRaWAN communication. For large resorts or multi-building hotels and campsites in outdoor locations, LoRaWAN connectivity provides low-cost, low-power, significant distances wireless communication between the equipment and the central system, allowing guests to move seamlessly across car parking, restaurants, gyms, and other facilities without interruption, while the hotel maintains reliable control and oversight of all entry points.

CT9 supports cloud server remote management in real time via wire and wireless connectivity. Hotel management staff is able to program and monitor all CT9 terminals in the hotel and campsite on server. It also support offline mode to add new users and PIN code manually under offline in case of server disconnection.

The CT9 records and transmits every credential interaction—whether a swipe, tap, or PIN entry—enabling continuous monitoring. It seamlessly transitions to a fully functional offline mode during network outages, with a local storage capacity of 10,000 IDs and 50,000 event logs. All cached data is automatically synchronized the moment connectivity is restored.

Designed for long-term and maintenance-free operation, CT9 supports remote software updates through server.This allows the system to be updated without on-site intervention and without the need to disassemble the device.

Environmental Durability 

CT9 is reliable for outdoor environments. Its IP65-rated enclosure withstands rain, dust, and UV-resistance, and it operates across a wide temperature range(-20℃-60℃).
